Everything that costs money (evermore, at that) will see people decline to pay in favour of saving the cost. This shouldn’t cost the public money to do, it should be taken care of by the county.

Thank you for the break down. I do not have any loans, only my spouse, some federally backed (mohela) loans and some privately owned. We are not on income based repayment plans, and am currently paying them down at current rates.

I think you’ve misinterpreted it, all I can find about “1 year” relates to them committing to leave games on there for AT LEAST a year, not limiting it to 1 year
