Like if someone steals a toaster on their visit how do you know if it was person 1 or person 5 who visited that day? Do they have to have someone to check after each visit? Why don’t they just do the viewing?

I’m talking about empty apartments and I assume someone comes to check up the state of the apartment once a day or more
It’s still a problem if someone leaves used needles or vomits on the carpet.
