The book leans pretty heavy into it. Thing is, that means they were both replicants, and the miracle is that much more. Idk man, I’m torn.
And this is why I refuse to consider 2049 canonical.
Didn’t 2049 say less about this aspect than the Director’s cut?
I honestly don’t remember, I’ve seen the original three times since I last saw 2049, lol. Although, that’s just because I didn’t enjoy it as much.
