Hi, so I’m a senior who was born in 2008. I’m currently dating a girl born in late 2010 who skipped a grade and is therefore a sophomore. In a year, I will be 18 and she will be 15, but later 16. Will this make me a bad person? I love her very much and want to be the best girlfriend I can be but I wonder sometimes.

    You’re not a bad person. Some people online might give you flak but who cares. I will say though, your life is probably about to speed up a lot and her’s… won’t. Have fun! Turning 18 is a big milestone

      Is it? Granted, I don’t know where OP is from, but in my country 18 doesn’t change much. High school for most ends when they’re 19 or 20, so life does speed up after that, but 18 doesn’t really change anything except being allowed to drive and drink alcohol (not at the same time).
