    I know that Windows does this and the pointer grows a modest amount.

    This… this feature just reeks of typical coder shenanigans, and I’m here for it. It’s a green flag since someone thought enough about every contingency on a very niche feature.

    What I think happened here is: an ideal size couldn’t be agreed upon by the team, they just made the cursor grow forever until you’re done shaking. That and someone involved has an absolutely stupid number of pixels in front of them and needed that much more cursor to get the job done.
