Which one do you prefer, lol? Wrapped or 2 flour tortillas with fillers in-between then cut in half or quarters?
Wait, what? Two tortillas? Like, sandwiching the fillings and then you cut it? How does it stay together, I thought that was the whole point of rolling and wrapping the tortilla?
It’s a messy affair. My mom does have a habit of serving it that way and it has an oddly satisfying illusion of having eaten double as much as the traditional flour tortilla 😆

I’m gonna be honest, I’ve never had a quesadilla. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a quesadilla in real life.

I typically fold a single tortilla into half and put the filling in. Taco style, but with flour tortillas.
They’re typically homemade, and I’m not skilled enough to make them thin enough to wrap.
