How come some people can work 8 hours straight and then have energy to hit the gym, but if I walk for 1 hour in the treadmil all that I can is lay down for the rest of the day?

Chronic fatigue is a bitch. Could be from any number of health issues, maybe even some that could be helped by doctors, just gotta go in and get checked out

Fatigue is never diagnosed well, doctors hate it. Better off getting adhd by a psychiatrist ad getting amphetamines like adderol if your insurance covers it and your country or state allows it.
