      I imagine we could put a functioning one together in about a week if really had to. We already have all the materials and manufacturing ability required, and if we don’t have blueprints, then CSIS hasn’t been doing their jobs.

        Do we have weapons grade refined uranium?

        Iran has uranium refineries, but you have to run them much longer to get weapons grade.

        If we can I wish we quietly would.

          CANDU reactors can breed plutonium. It’s why we made laws that we can’t sell those reactors to any country that doesn’t already have nukes.
