They’re at different angles so they’ve clearly been rotated by the passengers, but there’s no handle to rotate them.

The air vents in that car are supposed to have handles for you to adjust the direction. They’re at different angles so they’ve clearly been rotated by the passengers, but there’s no handle to rotate them.
