Everybody’s got a different way that they like their nipples played with, if they like them played with at all.

One method, that definitely won’t work for everyone but still might be worth a try, is to gently suck one nipple and use your hand on the other at the same time. Typically the ideal way to do this is to cup your lips around the nipple and gently suck it in, proceeding to stimulate it by rubbing the tip of your tongue on the tip of the nipple. For the other nipple, gently grab it with just your thumb and index finger and rub the tips of those fingers up and down each side of the nipple at the same time like you’re turning a knob. This method is especially effective if the nipple is hard.

Other people might instead like to have the nipple pressed in, though this might not be as common. Another way is to simply run your finger around the areola (the rim of the circle around the nipple) without touching the nipple itself. You may also want to consider doing the same with your tongue.

There are way more methods to play with nipples. If you think of another way to do it, leave a comment explaining it if you want. Of course, the best way to find out is to ask your partner what they like, as is the case much of the time.

I’ve been wanting to increase my nipple sensitivity for a while, so I bought a TENS unit and I’m in the process of using it to stimulate my nipples for 10-20 minutes every other day or so and will be increasing that as time goes on.

Depends on the power level whether it hurts or not. Honestly, they’ve never really ever been “hooked up” on me. Never really had them stimulated during sex nor have I really bothered with it otherwise. But I love breasts and sucking and playing with other people’s nipples. So out of some jealousy and FOMO, I’m trying this out.

Lower power levels might provide some tingles, higher ones feel line a strong pinch. I have found some research on using them to recover nipple sensation in mastectomy patients, so I think there’s something there.

I’ve been casually doing it every few days like i said. Next I want to actively incorporate it into my sexual play so that I can begin psychological association of nipple play (estim or otherwise) with erotic activities… then I can hopefully make it to where they can be an active part of play.
