Typically, you don’t want to immediately start with genital contact. There are plenty of right zones around the body that are not at the genitals, and you should start at those places during foreplay to increase arousal before context with the genitals. A great place to start would be the inner thighs. They’re sensitive and can directly stimulate the genitals through referred sensation without causing an overload from too much stimulation too soon. The upper sides of the hips (colloquially called “love handles”) are also a good option, as well as the small of the back, the back of the neck, the rims of the ears, and the chest. If you’re touching the chest, don’t go for the nipples too quickly, for the same reason. In all these regions except for the ears, you’ll want to start with firm but gentle directed pressure, massaging the area with your palm or all of your fingers bunched together. These types of motions on key points throughout the body, help secrete oxytocin and sex hormones, so not only do they get your partner aroused, but they aid in emotional connection, if you’re into that sort of thing.

Time becomes relative in that situation, what’s immediately for her, its 3 hours for me.
And that’s why it’s important to ask as you go.
