This app works with any service that implements the Subsonic API, including:
- LMS - Lightweight Music Server - personal fave and my backend
- Navidrome

note
app-tempo* <- The github release with all the android auto/chromecast features
app-degoogled* <- The izzyOnDroid release that goes without any of the google stuff.
As usual, any dev contributions appreciated as I am not actually a java/mobile dev, so my progress is significantly slower than those who do this on the daily.
Big thanks to all the folks who have been contributing.

Nice!
Does playback still randomly stop or jump baic to the beginning of the song?
I have this same issue. I want to love this player. I like a lot about it. But I constantly have to restart playback in it.
We have fixed several of those bugs with the latest release as I know this has been a long standing issue. We’ve found the root cause for several of these and applied patches. Depending on what version you used last, you might be pleasantly surprised.
We have patched a lot of those bugs so not sure if we found all the edge cases.
Just tried, still the same issue. After closing my phone and letting it be for 5-10 minutes, playback suddenly starts from the beginning. That is the beginning of the currently playing song I believe.
Then it’s back to Navic for me. It does a similar thing, but instead of jumping back, it just pauses.
