Is there a community I can join?

I’m trying to start a career in CPC and I am self studying my way through, as I have no extra funds ATM to pay for extra classes or online help. I have the 2025 study guide, was just sent the 2026 study guide when I bought my 2 exam attempts, along with 3 practice tests they provided, plus 3 additional practice tests that I purchased. I have CPT, ICD-10-CM and HCPCS Level II books. I also watch Contempo Coding on YouTube and she is amazing at explaining things I need to learn. I just tried to take my first attempt at the real exam and failed at 68%, so close to passing. I just wanted to know if there are other peeps on here that have passed the exam, what helped you pass? What are your study methods?

This appears to be about medical coding, nothing to do with writing computer software. When someone gets medical treatment, someone has to translate the treatment description into insurance billing identifiers, called “codes”. I don’t know anything else about it except that it takes a lot of training, and some effort goes into gaming the system to choose the most expensive codes for a given treatment. CPC stands for Certified Professional Coder.

Yes, this is about medical coding and not computer software. I suppose I should’ve made that more clear, but medical coders who read this should know what I’m talking about, I would hope.
