Reminds me of the word “spastic” which (though it can be used offensively in the US) is usually thought of in the US as more of someone who is goofy or uncoordinated.
In plenty of other English-speaking places, it’s as bad as the word “retard”, and is often used to demean people with cerebral palsy.

So if I’m trying to be offensive then calling someone a “spastic cunt” should be broadly understood? Good to know.
