Was definitely more physical than mental, think it does something to your eyes, and I saw shadow ppl constantly in the corner of my eye, like a sillhouete behind me and others. Tbh every time other than the first was fairly minor, felt more like shrooms. (I don’t get visuals other than pincushioning on shrooms)
Tiny fractals everywhere there is light, like tv screens look like moprhing crystals, kinda like shattered glass on every light source
