You can use Monero to buy gift cards. I think there’s a way to get a card linked to a Monero wallet, but I’m less sure about that one. Cake Wallet has some options for that.

That’s basically your only option for private online payments (unless whoever you’re buying from accepts crypto), other than mailing cash.
