As rising sea levels affect their country, many Tuvaluans, including Poeva and Akesa's family, are making the tough decision to leave.

Tuvalu is a Pacific nation about 4,000 kilometres north-east of Australia. It’s made up of a group of nine small islands, and is home to about 11,000 people.

Tuvalu is also starting to disappear, and its people are grappling with what this means for their future.
