Hackers breached The Kyiv Independent's website and newsletter systems overnight on Nov. 4, sending subscribers false Russian-language messages similar to those circulated during a recent cyberattack on Ukraine's air raid alert app, editor-in-chief Olga Rudenko reported on Facebook.
