Been enjoying an Icelandic artist called Múm, specifically the “Finally We Are No One” album. Gorgeous. I’ve known and liked both Sigur Ros and Low Roar, so I tried to search for something similar. And I’m finding the Icelandic music scene really agreeable and fresh:)

My bf makes this blackened salmon. It’s my favorite thing he cooks at home! Just make sure the salmon is perfectly cooked and tender;) Also be careful, in a small apartment the blackening can potentially set off the fire alarm😂 He adds garlic powder and doubles the spices. The extra rub plus beurre blanc tastes great with mashed potatoes or rice, etc. It is decadent though. xD

Yeah sounds nice, but what are the examples for these cosmetic surgeries that preserve ethnic features? I don’t get how those two things can co-exist? Lol. Like for instance, this so called rhinoplasty that preserves natural width? Usually people request their noses to become smaller and taller (Western beauty ideals). So I’m confused why you are getting it in the first place?

For me, an obvious tell for AI videos is that the humans and animals move too smoothly. There’s a herky jerky-ness to real life movement.

I think there’s a combination of people being tired of increasing inflation and burnt out by the barrage of shit going on in the news. Something about feeling like a mom I guess? Idk I don’t have kids! xD For me, rocking a bikini = feeling confident about my body. I used to wear smaller bikinis when I was younger but now I find swim shorts much more comfortable, practical, carefree. Why are us women wearing small tight swim clothes anyway, that you gotta adjust, fuss with the strings, prevent the nip slip, etc. Meanwhile men wear comfy shorts? Well it helps that I’m not at that stage in my life where I’m looking to date or impress anyone lol.

I will say that if I were diligent about going to the gym and had a rockin bod, then yes. I’d probably wear that bikini to show off my hard work😉💪🏼

I was 26! Also for context, that was only my 2nd longterm relationship. So I was lacking in individual growth and relationship experience, looking back.

Dated for a few years, thought well we might as well get married for the perks, then afterwards realized we were just roommates and actually not all that compatible. We were both bored and letting life pass us by. It became my ex would stay out late “due to work” while I truthfully didn’t care. Found myself envying others’ lives, also imagining how life could be with a different partner. So I initiated the divorce, which timed with the apartment lease ending. The divorce process was easy and both sides moved on fairly quickly, so I suspect deep down my ex knew it was right to break up as well.

As for the fuck up on my part, I didn’t tell him but the realest truth is I stayed in a rebound relationship that should’ve never happened. And I felt comfortable. So I would advise not doing… That. Lol.
