Cars without license plates require Tags. These identifiers are used to show your vehicle was inspected and registered with the local authority such as the DMV. Because new plates take time to be obtained, Tags can be placed in either the windshield or on an unqualified plate.

The requirement for front and back plates is not universal.

There are usually some circumstances where a vehicle may drive without a plate, such as a federal authority or in an emergency.

You should report it after researching your local laws but please DO NOT use any emergency lines.

The worst is that Tai Lopez and his garage full of books he claims to have read. I guess he didn’t mind them being stained with car fumes. Dude probably didn’t even own a bookcase and had it put up for his stupid infomercial.
