I mainly just make my own projects or fork and add to existing stuff, I figure as long as it’s MIT FOSS meh it kinda equals out.
I also only spend about 30 a month for two services and run a local one.

Could have been the egyptians lol https://egyptfuntours.com/blog/cheetah-in-ancient-egypt/
Extremely conservative/risk averse and slow to implement basically anything new, unless it’s super flashy like AI lol

This but even beyond medical (though that’s probably the most egregious) same shit happens when people pool together to get any kind of cause and then someone turns around and thanks god. Like homie what about all the actual people who actually did the work?
This is really cool in theory, I doubt my corp would let me use it though :(

Oh definitely, it was overwhelming at first for me too, but that’s how one learns imo
Now that I’ve been using it for a year and a half it’s much better but those first few months were quite the learning experience lol

I remember doing this on an old Moto Atrix when it died midway through flashing Cyanogenmod

Surprised no one has mentioned proxmox (at least not the top 10 threads I saw first)
Basically debian with a webui specifically for spinning up VMs and LXCs and managing storage and such, then install whatever distro in an LXC and run docker in that.

Source? ;)

Or state, Texas just made it way more expensive with their “Anti-China” regulation, the irony is multi faceted, the so-called “Anti-big gubbment” passing regulation like that, though I’m sure it’s for someone’s enrichment as it always is, most of the big names just moved packaging to indonesia or similar to get around it, and many of the small business owners who own the vape shops are having to close becuase of the increased cost.
It’s all so stupid.

While not impossible, there’s a lot of variables when it comes to LLMs that I don’t really see how they’d do that, especially since it’s not particularly better then the competition.

Dodged a bullet there

Work at a major brokerage firm as a Sr Specialist in Tech Support, I basically help reps on the phones solve issues, and over the past year getting to do devops work on our internal site for our dept.

Not going to college

Former NATO advisors would never be war hawks
You would want to wait till smaller models for 3.6 are released, I’d assume it’ll be soon
One thing, in the threadiverse it’s generally called a community rather than a “sublemmy”, the urls use /c/.
Though unfortunately I’m not aware of a specific community to request communities, usually the answer around here is “be the change you want to see”, if you want one, try making/running one, maybe it’ll catch on 🤷.
One thing though is its going to be difficult to host something like that on any instance and it remain neutral lol.
