Well, the only brand, that somewhat beats them in this regard is maybe Google, other than that maybe Oneplus, but they are ~500€ and higher for decent specs.

Well, unlocking is a pain. The unlocker is buggy, you never know when you get permitted to unlock it (I usually wait for ~2 weeks). After unlock, you just stop getting bullied (unlike Samsung).

I unlocked both my 11 lite and the Redmi and I had lots of issues (I tried all my family’s windows laptops and it only worked on a fresh windows install in a kvm VM), but I managed it.

My 11 lite had decent waterproofing, but no rating, the new ones have WR ratings.

Well, global keyboard has 1 key more, so I wouldn’t worry about it.
