As an American, i do not back this. That makes fuck-all difference, i realize. But please know this is not a policy many Americans voted for nor support. This is so unbelievably fucked up.
It hadn’t occurred to me until seeing a few pics of these trucks falling apart: the longer they’re in use/on the road, the more we’re going to see just how lousy and glued-together these things really are. It hasn’t even been 2 years since they started selling…i have a feeling we’re going to see some pretty eye-opening failures as time marches on.
Guess that’s what threw me off. 240v is what our electric (non-gas) appliances use in the States, 380v sounded like it could be commercial-style equipment or something
If you have 380V 16A induction, it’s not even close.
Is that a common setup? That sounds very high-powered
I feel like this would cause a mild explosion. Not based on any real science, i just imagine that if it’s stuck that good there’s gonna be a more-than-satisfying pop when those finally separate, lol
