Yes, they’re just trying to “gotcha” you. They could spend five seconds and look up that information on the same device they’re posting from.

I just ignore any new Google service these days. Unreliability isn’t even as much of a concern as privacy.

You don’t need to know their views to know what a diverse community is. Lemmy is a heavily-biaseebiased echochamber, they want something that’s not a heavily-biased echochamber.
