2·5 months agoApparently it’s a feature that can be disabled in settings - I just had it turned off, I guess. Thanks for highlighting it, I would probably never have found out about it otherwise :)
Weird, I have no such option. Are you on 2.38.0? I installed through F-droid which currently only has up to 2.37.2, so maybe it’s a new feature - though I don’t see it listed in the change log.
How do you do this? I can’t find it anywhere
131·5 months agoOne of these things is purpose-built for the deliberate infliction of harm. The other is vastly more popular and merely causes harm through negligence.
Sort of like the American political parties, I guess

I would word it as: I should not have to allow strangers to execute arbitrary code on my PC just so I can view some text and/or images.
