17 days agoI keep seeing people urging to go back to cast iron or stainless steel, but when I left the nest 5 years ago, I picked up ceramic pans, and you can use them the same way as teflons and I have yet to lose the nonstick.

It doesn’t look like you can draw in your notes, but this looks good! I think I might give it a try.
I really want a FOSS solution for my notetaking, but I feel like I want too much. I love how well OneNote works with my Surface in terms of drawing notes, but I also love writing notes in Markdown and graph structure. I’ve at least been trying out Dendron for the latter, and it’s been alright.
Generative AI wasn’t made to write good code, nor can it. It was trained to make lazy junior developers pay for a subscription to give code reviewers even bigger headaches.
