Sales people At my door: oh sorry, didn’t see that.

They lie.

Oh! Last week, I walked into a mom & pop hibachi place. It had been three weeks since my last visit. Before I got to the counter, the lady said, “hi, welcome back”. Still freaked out by that.

All the time, however I can.

My collection is about 60gb, in mp3s. I have a navidrome server at home, and Tempo app in my phone. In the car, I use a 64gb thumb drive and the car stereo.

I also have about 200 CDs and 500 LPs for when I’m relaxing or cooking or cleaning.

Like others said, if you just want to let people download files from your server, use a directory listing.

For my self-hosting though, I use FileBrowser and it’s very simple but still works well.
