Nothing too fancy, just an AudioQuest DragonFly Red. I even have a Lightning to USB-A adaptor just for using it with my iPhone.

In the highest quality available with an external USB DAC and studio monitors. Usually I listen to music alone; I don’t like blasting music on speakers unless I’m in my car.
I’m experiencing this daily in Los Angeles. Also people don’t seem to scoot up onto the sensor so the light takes longer than necessary to change (though stupidly half of those sensors are in the crosswalk or even beyond it).
It’s already been going on for 30+ years so whatever you call this is pretty much it.
When it comes to immigration in the US I feel the exact same way. As some privileged pasty white guy born here I just couldn’t give a rat’s ass if someone crosses the imaginary line illegally. Sure, if they commit a crime they might have to go to jail — but the way the current regime I mean administration is handling things is way off base.
I bring all this up because I kind of thought most of the left here thought the same way as I did but I’ve seen over the past couple years that even my side of the political aisle is in support of fucking over immigrants too.
I agree, oat milk is generally the best but sometimes specific recipes call for a specific kind.
Honestly I just run Alpine Linux on a mini PC (router) or Raspberry Pi (NAS). I don’t like to screw around with outdated, bloated Debian-based distros.
I hate coconut too but after going vegan and trying all kinds of plant-based milks, I actually have half almond + half coconut plant-based milk a shot and it was to die for.
Coconut is still pretty gross but in some recipes (think casseroles) coconut cream comes out pretty close to “real.”
Not sure what you’re alluding to. I’ve been paying attention for the last 30 (how long I’ve been using computers). During my childhood I used Windows at home and macOS at school; eventually I moved on to Linux at home then a mix of Linux and macOS.
I haven’t used Windows since Windows XP so it’s really just a guess what you might be getting at. Am I to assume that OS vendors making poor suggestions in their UIs is normal?
I’ve heard a theory that when new presidents come into office they usually aren’t interested in being involved in conflicts. What happens is that something will happen in the world and the newly elected president will have an enormous amount of power at his disposal. Wanting to do good in the world the president will typically go for it.
I wish I could recall the name of the theory or provide references; maybe someone else can chime in.
That’s fucking nuts.
A double Impossible burger meal from Nexx Burger. It was pretty fucking fantastic after starving most the day.
I don’t know what fucking idiot they think is going to say to themselves “well fuck if Microsoft recommends it that’s the way we go!”
Boring ass comment, but same. I’m 36 and can’t stop eating spicy foods.
Hate that you’re downvoted for this. Tailscale is incredible software but it is buggy as hell.
I gave up on 90% of the fancy features and just do most my routing from one node with good ol’ nftables
and ip route
/ip -6 route
.
They’re using Markdown to make it large.
It is, but after “inheriting” two dogs (from my wife) and growing crazy attached to them I’m glad I was able to square the ethics. 😆
I’ve considered that it’s likely not ethical to have pets, but dogs at least have been bred over thousands of years to the point that they’ve become dependent on us.
Yo are you here for answers or just to debate everyone and be all confrontational?
