Have you checked for stuck keys?
Have you checked for stuck keys?
But none of this matter for the time you were happy.
Another approach: Let’s say you make it up to the age of 80 and then you die. You spend 78 years without love - not loving someone, not being loved by someone. But for two years you loved and were loved. Would this mean that this love was not true love just because it wasn’t “balanced” enough?
I mean… kind of.
…which is why you need technology so powerful it can protect you from a singularity.
Just use the same technology that allowed you to enter a black hole without dying.
They come with a high cost, sure. But this applies to a lot of other things as well (like MTG cards or rescuing animals or learning how play drums really good etc).
What makes them charming?
I tend to ask people who say such things to explain in detail what they mean, hoping to get to the point where I can ask how a dumb person can be charming, considering that charm requires emotional intelligence.
You can either steal a premade chocolate cake or you can bake one yourself. Neither turns the chocolate cake into a true or false one. It’s still only a chocolate cake.
Allow me a question about your premise: If there is such a thing as true happiness, what is false happiness then?
What makes you think that anything about this was real?
I’ve also heard positive feedback from people who switched from Mac to Mint.
I once read a study which came to the conclusion that women prefer pastel/light colors overall and men prefer strong vibrant colors, so brightness and saturation seem much more important than hue across different cultures and time periods. The most “gender balanced” color turned out to be orange. Very interesting.
I would choose Mint.
Worse or better, it’s all a matter of perspective, just like if something is utopian or dystopian. For psychopaths and narcissists and sadists, the world is a better place than ever before…
Something being normal doesn’t mean it’s good nor does it mean it can’t be fought. Normal is nothing more than a statistical term.
I find it fascinating how people still manage to be shocked or surprised after what we’ve seen already. What do they expect? How can they expect anything better than this?
It’s a scam at best. At worst you find yourself being part of a death game, thinking you can win all the money by killing all of the other players - only to get executed in the end anyway.
I had similar issues in the past because of stuck keys. And those keys weren’t even part of a shortcut or any other software function to control the particular element that went bonkers. It can be random keys you would never expect.
