anyone else set timers to weird numbers?

I set most of my timers using Siri and avoid 30, 40, 50, and 60 exactly because I can’t seem to emphasize “TY”in a way to distinguish it from “TEEN”. My wife needs to me to clarify those too, so it’s definitely a me problem, not a Siri problem. I instead go over or under a minute or two, depending on the task.

Yeah, i just pull the dial and let it settle where it settles. On my alarm clock my alarm will not go off if I set it to specific times like 7:30 so I usually do weird times in an attempt to get around that.

Absolutely, as a slight counter to my ADHD and laziness. I find it harder to say “let me sleep fifteen more minutes” when the timer or alarm isn’t a round number.

I try to set it to seldom used numbers. It’s part of my fight to remain human in a conforming world.
