Ribs. I put on a brown sugar-based dry rub, then “tent” them in a slow cooker for 7 or 8 hours. Throw a little sauce on about 20 minutes before eating so it gets a bit caramelized. You’ll have to use wide salad tongs to take them out, they’ll fall apart with regular ones.
Serve with a slaw or salad.
