“Art of,” implies the work behind the output which would require more consideration when translating. If you’re talking about the technique, then it should be 業, 歴史 if the museum is focusing on the history, maybe even 極意 for “secret” or “untold truths.”

I was giving the de Young Musem the benefit of the doubt, especially since it’s really not hard to find native Japanese speakers in San Francisco, but it is indeed the translation that Google translate gives.
