Hi guys, basically as the title says I want to make external SSD drive with “Windows to Go” for the stuff that I really need Windows for unfortunately (proprietary CAD software) but there is no software for making this on Linux that I can find

      well then it should defo work, it’s just a normal windows installation done to a usb3 drive instead of sata/nvme.

        I will update the post with the results and my final solution. for now the new SSD I bought online hadn’t arrived yet to test this the older one I used before was kinda faulty I decided to buy a new one with a USB 3.2 enclosure
