Drunkenslug and nzbgeek are my gotos. Technically you can run your own as well but it’s a PITA honestly.

I only use drunkenslug and AnimeTosho (and SceneNZBs for German stuff)
You will always get errors at some point. You could just perform simple searches until you find one that works for you.
