[Please] approach [the counter and line] up [to receive?] your [order] once [your number] is called. Not sure where the missing words are supposed to fit in spatially, though.

My guess would be something like:
Thank [you for] your [patience / order]. [Please] approach [the counter and line] up [to receive?] your [order] once [your number] is called.
Not sure where the missing words are supposed to fit in spatially, though.
