Use a new e-mail address, a tracker free browser and don’t immediately start posting in the same subs you were before. Subcribe to some other random subs and pretend that you’re new. Lay low for a while and after a week or two you’re good to go again.
This has worked for me three times so far. Though ask yourself, do you really want to go back?

You can only behave properly when banned.
Don’t use app. Use browser only. Install plug-ins that randomize all possible data provided by your browser(it also provides the device data like screen parameters which can also be tracked). Use another mail. Also, use another IP address if you don’t have a NAT network.

Maybe tor browser. New account made on tor browser with different phone number. Also on new device. Different windows login.
