Green Anarchy is not AnPrim, it’s closer to what people would know as “SolarPunk” but without the sci-fi aesthetic.

“Civilization as a concept is bad and is only a tool to oppress” isn’t AnPrim? I’m not writing off the whole comm, I just found two memes that reeked of “sorry Jeffy, gotta leave you with the bears: Papa Kaczynski says your wheelchair is gonna hurt the earth”

No, it’s not. Theirs is a lot to critique of civilisation, such as the utter devastation it has wrought to the planet and the unavoidable collapse we are heading towards.

Movements like Green Anarchy or Anti-Civ are not about living an AnPrim life but about dealing with a collapsing world and emphasise dramatically cutting back in most industries, not a complete absence or leaving the vulnerable to suffer without.

It’s reusing and repairing existing products rather then chasing a yearly released iPhone, it’s shutting down the oil fields and reassessing how much electricity a household actually needs to consume with sustainable methods, it’s ending land destroying monocropping and rewilding with varied native species that benefit the local ecosystem while providing food.
