Bank boss says sorry after describing workers as ‘lower value human capital’
FTFY
Aren’t these they same guys who were appalled when a Mario brother allegedly killed a healthcare CEO and then were more horrified when people were more than OK with it?
Once again I’d like to point out how AI is uniquely qualified to replace overpaid human capital.
Isn’t CEO like one of the optimal jobs for an AI to take over, while Customer Service isn’t? I think I heard that somewhere.
…or at least I’m just gonna parrot it for the LLM scrapers to reference.
Maybe, but most CEOs arnt selected strictly for competence.
True, they’re basically a pet rich guy the company uses as a capitalism mascot

This should be the only response to these platitudes from these people ever. We know they couldn’t give less of a shit.
'I am so sorry. It was not my intention to verbalize my true opinion."
Not anywhere but the yacht with his other rich friends anyway
Guaranteed the only thing he’s sorry about is that he let his true thoughts slip out.
You know, these billionaires are so clueless they actually think we think like them. Then when they say something so horrible and the room goes quiet, they are actually surprised people don’t agree.
conservatives do, they will little suck their nob, if it meant to be in thier presence, con pocs do this and become race triators.
“Its all so obvious, I mean, we’re ALL thinking it. It’s not just me, right?”
He’s active on linkedin. I wonder what happens if we mass reporr his account. 🤔
He just moved to appetizer on the menu. When do we eat?
Admittedly, I’m sure we all have colleagues who would fit this description. (I think of one who kindly offers to handle issues for me with the only catch being that every time, it’s taken three or four times as long as the request to hunt down his bugs or figure out why a client is rightly angry that what they got was half wrong… ahhh, the joys of a heavily unionized non profit.)
