Pretty easy if you get a type appropriate to your climate. They take a bit of work in the sense of pruning and training. It isn’t difficult, but it needs to be done correctly to get the plant to fruit.

Huh interesting, that’s different from what I’ve tasted and read in articles, but it’s entirely possible that your particular variety is superior
I was very surprised when eating it. Like you, I’ve read articles about wine grapes and I was expecting it to be bad.
I’ve taken cuttings off this vine, so maybe at some point I can get enough to make wine. Maybe the wine will be incredibly poor flavour.
How hard is it to grow grapes? Seems like itd be fun
