Does the tracker advertise them? If I’m looking for particular torrents, can inquery large trackers? I’ve never done that.

It depends. Some trackers will automatically add newly announced torrents. Some won’t. In either case, adding them directly to the tracker is quicker.
Sadly my password stopped working like 10 years ago and I haven’t gotten a response on the forums :(
