Trump’s anti-immigration push isn’t going to help things, but the USA has an oddly high fertility ratio given its wealth. It will be a problem, but not as bad as other countries.
Yes, the USA has already today similar population problems: declining birth rates and an aging population. These problems are not yet as dominant as in some other countries (Japan, Germany, Italy, China) but except for some sub-Saharan countries, practically all countries across the globe are confronted by this.
Could you be more specific what the ‘population problem’ you are referring to is?

I’m not sure what OP means specifically. There are other countries that are struggling with birth rates. But maybe they meant with US citizens leaving the US?
