Too lazy to get the original post and the subsequent drama related to it so I’ll just summarize.

I told a community they shouldn’t celebrate “kys posts” because it’s mentally unhealthy and isolating. Made another post asking a similarly named community to look out and help out another post. I got accused of being transphobic because I finger wagged at celebrating the death/murder of other people. Then I pretty much stood up for myself, explained what I mean the best I could, and let people know that I think they’re mentally ill things. Amazing

Ask me anything. Yes I am petty.

I definitely made jokes online celebrating that Kirk was dead just to piss people off, so some hypocrisy. Yeah like I can understand wanting Rowling dead in general. So it’s more of a “we shouldn’t” and not “we can’t”. It’s one thing for people to celebrate a “kys post” and accept that I say it’s mentally unhealthy l, but you can tell the people were calling me a transphobe and liberal apologist (whatever insults they can think of) because they’re ashamed that I’m calling their behavior mentally ill. I use anti narcissist measures like asking what they mean and they fall for it like narcissist 😒.

I don’t want the trans community to come off as derranged…it’s really Lemmy users not trans people on lemmy.

I think I might see 2 different kinds of men. Emotionally Weak men and emotionally strong men. There’s several difference but a weak man will attack first then seek understand and strong man will seek to understand. I could word it better like strong man is prepared to suffer and do what they don’t like
