I always think about the fact that I will die one day. Can you give me a reason why I shouldn’t worry about it?

It’ll give you something to do, but it won’t get you anywhere.” Another way to look at things is asking: Can I do something about it? If the answer is No, then there’s no reason to worry. You can’t do anything about it anyway. If the answer is Yes, then stop worrying and go do something about it.
I forgot where I heard this line:
