Also: with the rising cost of food, being mindful of additives that increase sell weight is important.


Along with this, it’s probably wise to put the sodium numbers into context - the salt used to season your chicken is probably not going to be what’s going to put you over the top when it comes to salt intake. Highly processed foods, sauces and bread is more likely going to be the thing that gets you.
