The idea that maybe in the future i will be in a better place than now, that i’ll be financially stable and i’ll work a job that i like and where i can keep a good balance between it and my personal life. (Im beyond delusional)

A lot of contries other than Iran are filled with religious extremists, including the USA themselves, but you dont see trump striking any of those countries. Again, USA is supplying arms to Israel, that they use to strike civilians to claim a land that is theirs according to a religious book. That alone in your view should be enough to strike both USA and Israel. Religion extremism, terrorism and mysoginism and such are a plague in a lot of countriest, but the USA hit the one that is the biggest threat to thei closest ally. This is just politics, classic imperialist american politics. Nothing more nothing less. And i repeat, im not a fan of Iran either. its just that we cant revert to an international scenery dominated by brute force imo.

Yeah, didn’t put the /s but sometimes i forget how stupid can online people be and that somebody could really think this way.

We can decide to follow a world where diplomacy and international law are the base of cooperation and problem solving, or we just decide to use brute force on everyone that has views or politics we dont like. In history the last one has proved to be very dangerous cause it’s open to be interpreted in whatever way the ones in power choose. So yes, Iran it’s not in the top 10 of my favourite governments either. For me it’s not a reason to bomb it out of nowhere, because we go back to the law of the one with the most power, and as of now i wouldnt trust Trump doing whatever he feels like.

No because, you see, they good. They not previously communist, in fact, they hate commies. So very easy, if america do its good and iran deserved it because only us can have nuclear bombs and they cant cause they are brown. Everything was ok according to international law, nothing was violated whatsover, instead russian yes they violated law and all their soldiers are stupid cause they follow blindly the orders of an autoritarian leader which uses poor excuses to pursue economic or political interests. Very different.

Really wish i could afford therapy rn haha. I’m lucky to have friends who are happy to listen to me and try to help each in their own way. We were together for two years, if you’re right i can expect some fun months to come haha. Jokes aside, i think you are right for there were some problema in communications, from both sides but in all homesty i cant say i wasnt expecting the breakup. I smelled it from at least a month before. Im not the type to blame others, im rather more likely to blame me and overthink my mistakes. Thank you for your advice. I always tried to be as trasparent as i could and i think im ok with myself and how i behaved (mostly). You are right, sometimes things just happen and people just move away from one another. But one thing im scared of is losing her also as a friend. I sincerely hope i can grow out of this whole situation and come back to a friendship. I know it will be almost impossibile to get back the same exact relationship we had before all the dating, but i hope we can at least get back to being just normal friends. It would suck if we were to lose each other forever. But yeah, i guess i just have to find the courage to finally turn the page, insted of hoping we could rewind. Thank you for your advice and your kindness :) i would love to go to therapy, but sadly all the money i make with work goes toward future rent for university and expenses. Whenever ill have some money be assured that therapy is the first thing i will spend it on haha. About your second point i think you’re right, away from the eyes away from the heart (dont know if its used in english). As i said i unistalled instagram and the fact that she lives away helped about the no contact. The spare occasions, as i said three if i remember correctly, where i saw her were for graduation parties of good friends i had to attend, so i had to swallow the pill. I’m just in love with Full Metal Jacket. Particulary and in contrast to the majority of people (i think), i just love the second half of the film. Don’t get me wrong Hartman is a pleasurr to watch, espacially with a dub like the italian one which is spectacular, but the second part is very underrated imo.

yeah, i’ll absolutely check that site, seems to have a ton of good information. i’ll probably skip the deadlift regardless cause i’ve never done it and without help im afraid i’ll do it the wrong way and injure myself. but people gave me a lot of good suggestions and exercises and a whole site to look at :) i’ll try to gain as much as info as possibile to not end up in a wheelchair and look good this summer at the beach ;)

thank you very much, appreciate your suggestions :) regarding the deadlift i think i’ll have to skip it since i’ve never done it and without somebody experienced the risk of injuries is high. i’ll stick to the isolations exercise you recommended. my old routine was on 4 days with leg day, then chest and triceps, then back shoulders and biceps and last day a full body. this time ill go 3 times a week so i think i’ll evenly spread the exercises on each day with a focus for back day. i’ll try and see how i feel with the recovery. again, thank you very much for the precious help :)

Thank you very much! Do you suggest to include some of these excercise in another day other than back day to put the muscles under more stress or once a week is enough? Considered i probably cant do all the exercises you suggested in one day and i’ll have to choose.
