An IP ban is just layer 1. You’ll have to change your IP address and your location.
After that, they use fingerprinting data. It’s actually terrifying how much a website can gather on you. They know what devices you use, screen resolution, operating system, hardware specs, browser cache, cookies, what fonts you have installed, basically everything about your phone or computer can be tracked with browser fingerprinting.
After fingerprinting, they track your habits on the site. What subs your old account was subscribed to / active in, what kind of stuff you upvote and comment on, how you “talk” in comments, hell probably even your typing cadence.
Your best bet would be to stay off the site for a few months, and use a new device with an anti-tracking browser and a “residential” VPN.
