Favorite childhood food I guess. I love good Chile rellenos, but since I went vegetarian years ago I have had to make them myself. And the type I like takes a lot of effort to make, so I usually make quite a few to justify the time. But yeah, “Chorizo” stuffed Chile Rellenos with rice and beans.
