I’m reasonably certain there is one in the food court area, but I’ve never used it. Costco takes Visa and Mastercard (any Visa or MC, not just Costco Visa cards), so I’ve never had a reason to.
Costco only takes Visa in store. Mastercard is only accepted for online purchases.
They take both in the UK.
Don’t know what country you’re from but it’s the opposite in Canada. Might want to say what country you’re in.
USA. Costco has a partnership with visa and only visa credit cards work. You can however use a MasterCard or others if they are debit. I have never tried online but in store this is how it works

It probably varies from store to store.
Your bank will also be able to tell you about any in network ones to save on fees.
To be fair (to be fair) I have never seen an ATM in a Costco.

Just so you know, ALL the Costco’s in Taiwan has multiple ATMs from different banks.
The one I visit in northern England has one. However, it didn’t accept my card the last time I went. I’m with one of the main banks who’re part of the Link network (the major inter-bank cash machine network in the UK), so I’m unsure which cards are accepted and which aren’t.
Yes, they do. Before the pandemic, the food counter was cash only so they needed a cash machine.
This must have been regional. I’ve always been able to use a card.
The ones in my area all have a Wings Credit Union ATM by the food court.
