NB : It’s bad that japan does those kinds of things, not that it should also be acceptable for arab countries to do them too.

    Why arab specifically? Japan is just weird, that thing not gonna fly anywhere.

      Because arab countries are looked down on for various reasons, but the general social conservative attitudes towards women are shared with korea and arab countries from a social perspective, and not a political perspective.

      Like, they didn’t ban women from driving, but they still have ideas like “Christmas cake” (women are unwanted after they reach 25, since no one wants xmas cake after the 25th of dec [NB : I do not agree with this idea])
