White Chocolate and Milk Chocolate contain a ton of sugar.
Dark Chocolate is made up primarly of cocoa. It’s much healthier.
As a general rule, the darker the better.
Don’t be fooled. REAL dark is made at least by 80% of cocoa. If it contains less than 80%, then it’s not actually dark chocolate.
If you are used to eating a lot of sugar in your diet, you might be horrified and shocked by the taste of dark chocolate. Don’t go to extremes like 99% immediatly. You need to get used to the bitter taste.


The best way to eat dark chocolate is as a Mounds bar. The bitterness is swallowed whole by the sickly sweetness of the coconut and the coconut’s sickly sweetness is balanced out by the dark chocolate’s bitterness.
